Boy! Am I Proud! I think...

As you may recall, I have a serious issue with JP (James Patterson). The man puts out books way faster than I can read them, but I am trying to catch up. Right now I am finishing about 3 a week, 2 on audio, in the car, and reading about one a week. Usually I only listen in the car if I am alone.

Friday, I had picked up both boys, but my audio book was at a really good part, so I didn't immediately turn it off, like I usually do. From the back seat, I heard Luke say."What's a bastard?" David was way more shocked than me, but I did turn off my book.

David: Don't say that word.

Luke: Why not?

David: It's a bad word.

Luke: What's a bastard?

David: Don't say that!

Luke: What's a bastard?

David: Someone who doesn't have a father.

Luke did shut up. Haven't heard that word out of his mouth since either.

I am so proud my eldest has been looking up dirty words in the dictionary! A proud moment indeed!
